Top 5 Gifts for your outdoorsman this Christmas

If you are having trouble finding a gift or stocking stuffer for your significant other then you’ve clicked on the right post. Below is a list of my top 5 gift ideas that you could get them and score some “brownie points”. These items are in no particular order and I should also mention that they are tailored towards deer hunting the most. If you jump on these links in a hurry, you might be able to score some Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals!

GIft #1 - Meat Your Maker 500 W Grinder - $169

There is great satisfaction found in going from field to table and feeding your loved ones. This eliminates the need for a middle man to step in and charge you high dollar for processing meat that may or may not be the original meat that your dropped off with them.

Like a short magnum through a thousand-pound moose, this kitchen-sized, powerhouse punches way above its weight, deftly filling the freezer at a rate of up to four pounds per minute thanks to a powerful 500-watt motor. With three settings: grinding, stuffing and reverse. Plus, two stainless steel grinding plates (coarse and fine) and a stainless steel stuffing plate with three stuffing tubes. Safety filter overloading chute keeps knuckles out of knockwurst.

We have processed several deer and an elk through this grinder and it has stepped up to the challenge every single time.

Gift #2 - TacTacam 6.0 - $299

If you are tired of hearing about these hyped up stories that never quite make any sense, purchase the hunter in your life a tactacam 6.0 HD camera. This will give them the ability to show you all that took place on the hunt and they can no longer exaggerate their stories. This little camera is durable, waterproof, and super low maintenance. Perfect for waterfowl hunting, deer hunting, turkey hunting and could even be used to film fishing trips.

Gift #3 - Sitka Gear Gift Card- Recommend $100 if you budget isn’t a major problem

Sitka Incinerator Suit

Don’t risk buying a jacket that doesn’t fit or the wrong pattern for the wrong season. Just get them a gift card and give them the choice. $100 has the ability to be thrown in towards their favorite suit that may be too pricey to gift. If that’s too much, go for $50 and they can do the same. If they are your favorite grandkid and your are cashing out your 401K, you can step it up to $250 and that will go a long way on Sitka’s site.
